From concept to design, permitting to manufacturing all the way through the complete installation, SAR DesignStudio is your place for comprehensive sign solutions.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Before purchasing the Durham franchise with his father Bob Greer, Kip Greer founded The Regulator Cafe in Hillsborough and spent several years in food service and vending management. Through 2002, Kip and his team grew the Durham franchise into one of the most successful operations in the entire 900+ store worldwide system. During this time, Signarama was repeatedly recognized for Best in Customer Service presented by The Greater Durham Area Chamber of Commerce and being named by the Signarama system, Hall-of Fame owners. The Greers sold the business in 2002. On July 10, 2010, Kip had the opportunity to take back the reigns and has brought back the same great service, product quality and value which earned the franchise it's original success. Kip and his team has transformed the old Signarama franchise into SAR Design Studio, the comprehensive sign, design, manufacturing and installation company you see today.
