How long have you been in business?
I have worked for someone else for about 20 years but this is my first year (2013) starting my own business.
What is your primary product or service?
Concrete, landscaping, retaining walls
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
It is a good paying job to support my family, and there's always a chance to travel or advance.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My company is a respectful company and our number one priority is satisfying our customer. We continue to strive to be the best and look everyday for new ways to improve customer service.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At the present time we have one location in Durham, NC. We are planning in the future to open an office space in Raleigh, NC.
